Brush thread size

Check whether your setup uses M6 or M8 brushes. Some wands, shrouds and adaptors are made for specific brush thread sizes.

Wand and shroud setup

Twist shrouds help control exposed brush length. Fixed and flexible wands help position the brush for standard work, pipe welds and hard-to-reach areas.

Fluid feed compatibility

What does a twist shroud do?

A twist shroud controls the exposed length of the brush. This helps improve control, protect the brush and extend brush life during weld cleaning.

Should I choose a flexible wand?

Choose a flexible wand when you need better access around pipes, corners, internal welds or awkward stainless fabrications.

What is the difference between M6 and M8 brush accessories?

M6 and M8 refer to different brush thread sizes. The wand, shroud and adaptor must match the brush size and machine setup.

Do I need fluid-feed compatible brush accessories?

Yes, if you are using an XF machine or an FL10/FL20 fluid feed system. Fluid-feed compatible accessories allow cleaning fluid to be delivered through the setup during use.
