CGT-N5 is a new formula developed for brushed stainless steel surfaces that successfully neutralizes and removes acid prevents the (re)appearance of white marks on the surface after weld cleaning, polishing, or marking process.
Thick weld cleaning brush is designed for more demanding weld cleaning and polishing jobs with higher-powered Cougartron weld cleaners ProPlus, FURY200, and FURY100. Must be used at an output of 30-80 Amps.
The cloth is made out of thin polyester and nylon fibers that will penetrate even the smallest flaws on the metal surface. Using the microfiber cloth after weld cleaning and neutralizing will leave the metal surface bright and shiny.

A complete setup usually includes a weld cleaning machine, the correct brush or wand, cleaning fluid, brush sleeves or shrouds, a work lead and the right holder for the machine. Starter sets are the easiest route if you are buying your first Cougartron system.
Start with the weld type, material thickness and how often you clean. For lighter TIG work, look at the Power and Precision machines. For regular stainless fabrication and heavier oxide, look at ProPlus or the FURY range.
Brush compatibility depends on the machine, holder and job. Power, ProPlus and FURY machines use different holder and brush combinations, so check the product page or ask us before ordering if you are unsure.

Not always. Manual fluid application works well for smaller jobs and occasional cleaning. Fluid feed helps when you clean longer seams, work for longer periods or want fewer stops during production.
Yes, but MIG welds and heavier oxide usually need more power. If MIG cleaning is part of your normal work, start by looking at ProPlus or the FURY range.
