Replace slow, inconsistent finishing methods.

Pickling paste is slow and difficult to control. Grinding can mark the surface and add rework. Undersized machines make operators wait. FURY100 cleans and passivates in one controlled process so the finish stays consistent and the job keeps moving.

Power and brushes

Use one brush for control. Use two for full power.

A single M8 FURY brush gives precise control on smaller TIG welds and can be run up to about 80 A. Fit the twin-brush holder and two FURY brushes to use the full 100 A for faster cleaning. Four brushes may be used for broad surface cleaning only; they are not intended for weld cleaning.

Core equipment includes the large transport case (WELC2064), foam insert (WELC5006), 200 A leads (WELC2577 / WELC2578), drip tray (WELC2574), and protective cover (WELC2911). Starter sets add CGT-550 cleaning fluid, CGT-N5 neutralising fluid, one- and two-brush tools (WELC2470 / WELC2448), M8 FURY brushes (WELC3149), USB storage, spray bottle, acid pot, microfiber cloth, gloves, and safety glasses. Marking equipment varies by set.
