Fury100XF Weld-cleaner 110V
Price range: $9,250.00 through $11,069.00 excl. Tax
Heavy-duty weld cleaning with fewer interruptions.
FURY 100XF takes the FURY 100 and adds integrated fluid feed.
That means the weld cleaning fluid is delivered through the machine, cable, and handle to the brush – instead of making the operator stop, dip, refill, or fight with separate bottles.
It is a strong fit for fab shops cleaning stainless regularly, especially when heavy heat tint, oxide, darker TIG welds, and light-to-dark MIG welds are slowing the job down.
With up to 100A weld-cleaning output, 100% duty cycle, and two-brush cleaning capability, FURY 100XF gives you serious cleaning power without stepping all the way up to the 200A FURY range.
Best for: daily stainless weld cleaning, darker TIG welds, light and dark MIG welds, operators who want fluid feed built in, and shops stepping up from ProPlus or FURY 100.

- Puncture-proof wheels
- Detachable handle with cable holders and a drip tray for a weld cleaning brush

Note: For optimal performance, it’s recommended to use two weld cleaning brushes (with a power input of up to 100 amps) for twice the cleaning speed. For smaller TIG jobs with a maximum power input of 80 amps, one brush is sufficient. While it’s possible to use four brushes simultaneously, it’s only recommended for surface cleaning, not weld cleaning.
