FL21 Fluid feed system 110/230V

Description

The FL21 is a slightly updated version of our FL20 integrated fluid feed system. It is nearly identical to its predecessor, with only a few enhanced components to ensure compatibility with the PowerOne weld cleaner:

• pump with a 3mm diameter hose
• specialized connector
• 16mm² internal wiring

The integrated fluid feed system provides a unique all-in-one weld cleaning solution for your workshop or job site.

Instead of handling and positioning the pump unit separately from the machine – you can now attach the pump to your weld cleaner using just four screws.

This means that your machine, pump, and fluid container are combined into a single working unit that is:

• Easily transportable and movable using a single handle and cable holders
• Turned on using a single power switch and power cable/plug
• Controlled easily with two closely-placed control panels and a user-friendly interface

Instead of handling several different components, you will manage only one – saving time and significantly increasing your productivity.

The pump is easily serviced and regulates the flow of liquid to the tip of the brush so that you no longer need to stop your work and dip the brush over and over again.

FL21 can store 1 liter of liquid at a time.

The system is sold separately from our machines and comes packed in a robust carrying case as a complete ready-to-use kit.
