How to choose

Choose the right fluid feed system for your machine

FL10

A stand-alone fluid pump system for older Cougartron weld cleaners and selected weld cleaners from other manufacturers. Choose FL10 when you need fluid feed on a machine that does not use the current Cougartron FL20 or FL21 setup.

FL20

Designed for Cougartron Precision range machines: Power30, Power30X and ProPlus. Choose FL20 when you want fluid feed matched to these compact and precision weld cleaning setups.

FL21

Designed for the Cougartron PowerONE. Choose FL21 when you want the correct fluid feed system for PowerONE weld cleaning work.

    It combines the machine unit, fluid pump, and 1-quart fluid container into one working setup, instead of leaving the operator to manage separate parts around the job. The pump regulates fluid to the brush tip, reducing the need to stop and dip the brush repeatedly.

Usually no. XF machines have built-in fluid feed. FL systems are mainly for machines that do not already include built-in fluid feed.
