Prices

All prices are in the relevant price for the country of your registered address and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.

Product descriptions and images

The majority of the products we display have a list of their main features, due to the nature of the products it is not possible to list their complete specification, errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Full product specification is usually available on request from our helpful sales team.

Images, where shown, are representations of the products offered and are largely sourced from the manufacturer. Colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta, or Maestro via our secure payment provider Stripe.

You can also apply for a Business Account which, if approved, allows you to pay by invoice.

Applying for a Business Account and paying by invoice is only available to our international customers (outside the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico).

Availability

We do our very best to show only products we have in stock on our site (unless otherwise stated i.e. special orders). However, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time.

If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Discount codes

Online discount codes are subject to Cougartron discretion and can only be used online unless stated.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your information both online and offline. We believe that secure electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium.

Your privacy is our concern. Your credit card details are verified by Stripe secure gateway. This means that we at Cougartron do not see your credit card details at all.

Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible, including product details, dates and times of communication with our company where applicable.

We endeavor to respond to all complaints within 3 working days advising you the estimated time the complaint should take to resolve. We will also advise you of the progress of your complaint on a regular basis should it not be resolved within 7 working days.

Guarantee

All our products are supplied with a manufactures guarantee for a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery. These guarantees cover domestic use only and exclude faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods without reason.

A refund of all monies including postage and packing charges will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost.

If you are not able to return the goods, we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund.

Damaged goods

On receipt of your goods from Cougartron, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 48 working hours. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty goods

If your goods develop a fault within 7 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally, we will exchange or refund the item provided it is ‘as new’ and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

You must notify us of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If your goods develop a fault after 7 days and within its 12 months guarantee we will arrange to repair and return or replace the product to you free of charge.
