Introducing the New and Improved Cougartron Website

Improving the shopping experience for our ever-growing customer base around the world is one of our main goals in the coming period – both in-person and online.

Due to the benefits it provides, online business has already become an indispensable part of the global industry – especially since the beginning of the current global pandemic.

For this reason, we have done an extensive remake of our website to increase its responsiveness, speed, and user-friendliness. All this paired with a modern and attractive design for 2021 and beyond.

What is New?

  • Practical location selector – Quickly shift between different webshop versions by selecting the appropriate location and language in the upper right-hand corner. (It is important to make sure you pick the right store in case you want to shop online or register as a new user on the website)

  • Enriched product pages and descriptions –  Detailed product descriptions combined with product photos, videos, safety datasheets, specifications, and additional testimonials for our weld cleaning and marking machines.

OTHER ADDITIONS & IMPROVEMENTS

  • Implemented Search by (SKU) Part Code functionality – It is now easier than ever to find a product you want to take a closer look at or order online. Simply click on the search icon and type in the SKU code of the product you are looking for (e.g. WELC3146 for our Cougartron Superbrush).
  • Improved experience for smartphone users – The website is now fully optimized for smooth and seamless browsing and shopping via smart devices.
  • Restructured FAQ Section – We have organized our extensive database of frequently asked questions and answers. Now you can easily get all relevant information – from the principles and safety of the electrolytic method to purchase, repair, warranty, and delivery of our equipment.
  • Simplified business account application process – For now, available only to our customers from Europe through the international shop. Click here for instructions on how to apply for a Business Account.

What hasn’t changed?

All important information is still available to you:

  • Safety data sheets for our weld cleaning and marking fluids
  • Machine operating manuals and user guides are all available in the download area
  • Account details and purchase history for registered users and customers
  • An extensive library of blog posts covering all topics related to electrolytic weld cleaning, polishing, and marking.
  • Global office locations, relevant contact information, and a database of our sales representatives.

More updates are coming soon.
